The angel I find so beautiful is having a marmalade glass in the left hand & in the right hand a spoon & just enjoying tasting the most amazing marmalades. I‘m so very grateful of having the joy of taking part at the International World Marmalade Awards.
3.400 World Best Marmalade Makers were taking part. And so I‘m even more happy about the result & I‘m very very happy, of being now International Worldclass Marmalade Maker & being part of the International Marmalade Elite.

“FAM stands for FAMILY”
And I‘m so very proud of my family. I‘m very, very happy having a fantastic dad, having a fantastic mom & an outstanding great brother. I‘m so very very happy to know that my parents have a fantastic taste & they proofed a very good taste & very good skills in their business. And I‘m very, very happy that I can say, I have a fantastic most wonderful family I‘m proud of.
My mom is managing the whole kitchen, the restaurants, the wellness-area, the hotel & she is truly Wonder Woman & she is a fantastic chef herself. My mom bakes & cookes like an angel & it‘s so fantastic great tasty dishes.
And my mom is the greatest jam/ marmalade maker of our family.
My dad is delicatess maker master & a fantastic GM General Manager of the whole hotel & the whole Michlwirt.
So he is managing the delicatess production together with my brother. My brother Rudi Junior is delicatess maker master too. And this two are a great team.

& ich bin mega stolz auf meine Familie. Ich bin sehr happy einen richtig guten Papa, eine sensationell kochende, organisierende & Marmaladen-Machende Mama & einen richtig guten Bruder zu haben. Ich bin sehr happy, dass meine Eltern einen richtig guten Geschmack haben & einen richtig guten Geschmack & fachliches Können bewiesen haben. Und ich bin sehr glücklich sagen zu können, ich habe eine ganz besondere & wundervolle Familie auf die ich stolz bin.
Meine Mama managt die gesamte Küche, die Restaurants, die Wellness-Area, das Hotel & sie ist wahrlich Wonder Woman & selbst eine sensationelle Köchin mit sehr guter fundierter Ausbildung & Fachkenntnis. Meine Mama bäckt & kocht wie ein Engel, sie kocht & produziert so mega beste Qualität & best schmeckende Gerichte.
Und meine Mama ist die große Marmaladen-Macherin unserer Familie.
Mein Papa produziert Delikatessen & ist Meister seines Handwerks, wie auch mein Bruder. Beide managen die Delikatess-Produktion auf sensationelle Art & Weise gemeinsam. Papa & Rudi Junior sind ein gutes Team.
Papa ist unser GM, also General Manager des Hotels, gesamten Michlwirts & er macht einen außergewöhnlichen guten Job.

…I had a most amazing idea. When I packed the Christmas presents for my mom, I found & I packed eatable gold glitter & then I had a most amazing idea adding this to FAM JAM. A marmalade with gold glitter - it‘s so very beautiful & most of all so very tasty. Better & fresher. It‘s handmade, it‘s homemade & it‘s made with passion & love. Adding the eatable gold glitter to the beautiful deep rubinred it looked like the beautiful starry night sky above us.

Und ich hatte die sensationelle Idee, dies in der Red Forest Berry FAM JAM auszuprobieren. Und es sah sensationell schön aus. Wunderschönes rubinrot mit Gold-Glitzer. Wie der Nachthimmel mit Sternen funkelt, so funkelt plötzlich die FAM JAM. Eine FAM JAM Marmalade mit verarbeiteten Blattgold. So mega schön & so mega, meeeega gut.
